Dear AITAA Chapter Presidents,
We are earnestly calling on you to nominate the official delegates of your Chapter to the virtual 50th AITAA Governing Board Meeting (GBM) of our association to be held on 20-21 November 2021. As a provision of our AITAA Statutes, a Chapter is eligible to designate from one to three Chapter delegates as official members of the AITAA Governing Board, subject to the number of regular members of the Chapter. Please submit the following by 31 October 2021.
1. The full names of the designated Chapter delegate or delegates with their AIT graduation year and course and their email addresses. They will be confirmed by the AITAA Headquarters (HQ) as bona fide Governing Board Members of the 50th AITAA GBM.
2. The duly filled out Chapter Annual Report based on this template.
Attendance to the GBM will accredit your Chapter to the AITAA HQ. If your Chapter is unable to send a delegate, you must seek a leave of absence to maintain the accreditation of your Chapter.
Only the official Governing Board Member will be able to vote on GBM matters including a presidential election if required.
